What We Do

Our Services

Our goal is to assist our clients in creating a well-planned estate that reflects their values and goals for the future. We offer a wide range of services to suit the needs of every client, including the following:

Wills – A will is a legal document that outlines your wishes regarding the distribution of your assets after your death. It will include information such as who will inherit your property and who will serve as the executor of your estate.

Trusts – A trust is an arrangement in which you transfer your assets to a trustee for them to manage according to your wishes. A trust can be used to manage an inheritance for the benefit of children or grandchildren, preserve assets for beneficiaries with special needs, protect the interests of a minor beneficiary, and more.

Powers of Attorney – A power of attorney is a legal document that gives another person the authority to manage your financial affairs if you are unable to do so yourself. It can be created while you are still healthy, or you can grant power of attorney to someone you trust in the event that your health deteriorates in the future.

Guardianships – A guardianship is a legal relationship in which an adult or other person assumes responsibility for the care and welfare of a person who is unable to care for themselves due to age or disability.

Healthcare Directives – A healthcare directive is a document that allows a person to specify which medical care they would like to receive in the event of an illness or injury and under what circumstances.
